Professional Achievements
In his professional tenure, Larry spent 11+ years as the Partnership Liaison between Hewlett Packard and CB Richard Ellis and ISS Facility Services, during which he managed over 300 contractors in critical environments, as well as both union and non-union workers. Larry was recognized as a site and regional manager of the year on several occasions for achieving over $4M annually in cost savings, while increasing facility efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
In offering consulting services on things like emergency generators, preventative maintenance, and project management.
Larry has developed, managed and completed complex large- and small-scale projects for many diverse clients including the United States Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), United States Department of Defense (DOD) and United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as well as Westinghouse, Hewlett-Packard, Hilti and Kimberly Clark.
In working with enterprise clients, Larry realized many had no centralized asset management strategy. He developed the Asset Maintenance, Management and Replacement (AMMR) method. This is a sustainable, organized structure, adjusted to fit any budget or scope of work, large or small, by identifying opportunities using a collaboration of calculated risk factors in conjunction with asset condition ratings and asset redundancy factor.
Community and Personal
Larry has been active in the community for over 20 years, serving as the President of the Board of Directors for World Baseball Outreach (WBO). WBO provides opportunities for underserved youths and their families in Tulsa, to enrich their lives and pursue education through a rigorous program of athletic training, health and nutrition, academic support and social empowerment.
Larry and his wife Holly live in Oklahoma. They have one daughter, Hayley, and three spoiled dogs. When he’s not engaged in operations optimization consulting, Larry enjoys playing baseball, golf, landscaping and restoring old cars.
